TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND GENERAL INFORMATION

AIRCRAFT SEATING AND LUGGAGE (DOMESTIC FLIGHTS) Seating capacity is based on approximately 15 kilos and 23 kilos of luggage per person, to the lodges and to the coast respectively. Luggage compartments in small aircrafts have limited capacity and passengers are advised to bring small, soft bags, as large or rigid bags may have to be left behind. The amount and weight of luggage that can be carried depends on the number of passengers, distance to be flown, and airstrips to be used, and again passengers are advised not to bring excessive luggage as the pilots will not take off if they consider the aircraft to be overloaded. 4. BAGGAGE Baggage for overnight tours restricted to one normal size suitcase per person plus your hand luggage. Every care will be taken to ensure baggage is protected but the tour operator can accept no responsibility for loss or damage to baggage or other belongings. Baggage insurance is recommended. Most Nairobi hotels have facilities for storing luggage not required on tours. 5. ACCOMMODATION We secure accommodation at the best available hotels, lodges and luxurious tented camps, on the basis of two persons sharing a double room with private bath and/or shower. An additional charge (single-room supplement) is made for single accommodation, and is subject to availability. Children under twelve years of age are usually granted a reduction of 50% on accommodation costs provided they occupy an extra bed in a double room. 6. DRIVER/GUIDES English speaking local drivers/guides are provided. Other languages can be organised on request at extra cost. 7. ALTERATIONS & AMENDMENTS OF TOURS Tobs Kenya Golf Safaris reserves the right to change any route and/or arrangements should weather or any other conditions necessitate, and offer a substitute of equal value. 8. LIABILITY Tobs Kenya Golf Safaris acts only as agents of the passenger in all matters relating to hotel accommodation, tours and all modes of transportation and/or any other service and shall not be liable for injury, sickness, delay, loss or damage to property, arising from any cause whatsoever. A personal accident and baggage insurance is recommended. We advise you to have a travel insurance to cover any liability. Tobs is bound by the Code of Conduct of KATO (Kenya Association of Tour Operators). 9. BOOKINGS, RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS Booking confirmations will be done after receipt of 10% deposit of the total amount. The balance should be paid 45 days before arrival, or in case the booking is made within the period, the full payment is required. 10. CANCELLATION: The following applies:-
