I was going to get around to writing to you but have had a lot to sort out from my 19 days away.
We both enjoyed it very much; the people are so nice and friendly - and generally efficient. All the golf was excellent and we survived the humidity of the Coast!.
The only minus ofthe hotels was the 26% addition to every price in the Safari Hotel. It does not seem prevalent as all other places included taxes in the advertised (as they should).
We kept our cottage until departure Monday evening.
I would have liked prior advice of the hassle at NBO airport of the long transfer (up and down curbs and roads). One local did help us there but the queue to actually get via the security to the check-in desk gave us no spare time between flights. At the BA gate there were TWO security checks within 50 metres.
Flight got us back on time and I was home by 0655 Tuesday.
Your frequent contacts were appreciated as well as the "doors" that you opened for us. It made the 4* star total exactly that.
I shall certainly recommend your company to anyone I meet who may be interested in a visit.
