DAY 1
From the Air Kenya terminus
at Wilson Airport, you will fly in the morning to Amboseli.
AMBOSELI
NATIONAL PARK
Amboseli National Park
at the foot of Africa's highest mountain, 5895m Kilimanjaro, is
one of the most popular of Kenya's national parks. The snowcapped
peak of Mt Kilimanjaro rising above a saucer of clouds dominates
every aspect of Amboseli. The park covers 392 square kilometers
and supports a wide range of mammals (over 50 species) and
birds (over 400 species). Elephants roam the parks in herds of hundred
or more and nowhere else can these largest land mammals be seen
in larger numbers. This is also the home of the Maasai people
- tall, proud nomads whose legendary prowess in battle and single-handed
acts has spread across the globe. They live harmoniously with the
wildlife. The park is composed of a seasonal lake, swamps and springs
fed by underground rivers from Kilimanjaro's melting snow. The snows
of the Kilimanjaro white and crystalline, form a majestic backdrop
to one of Kenya's most spectacular displays of wildlife - over thousands
of elephants, leopard, giraffe, cheetah, buffalo and host of plains'
game.

Upon arrival you will
be met and transferred in a 4WD vehicle to your luxurious lodge.
Ol Tukai lies at the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro. The accommodation
is in chalet style, single story blocks, built out of the local
materials and commanding uninterrupted views of the wetlands and
the Mt. Kilimanjaro. There are two bars and a dining room offering
the best of services. The swimming pool in the shape of figure eight
(8) shaded by the occasional acacia is ideal for refreshing after
a long drive. The library offers a variety of materials on the local
environs and game. Guests can also relax in the cool lounge. In
the evening Maasai dancers entertain guests daily. 80 rooms.

DAY
2
Early
in the morning, you will have a game drive followed by breakfast.
Another game drive follows just before lunch. In the the afternoon,
relax by the pool and savor the serenity of the Amboseli. Afternoon
tea will be followed by a game drive, quite fascinating as
it is feeding time for the animals. Return to the lodge as
the sun sets, quite a sight to behold. Dinner and overnight.
DAY 3 DEPARTURE
After breakfast, you
will be transferred to the airstrip for your flight to Nairobi.
