New free baggage allowance
More bags, More weight!!

You don't have to worry anymore about what to carry and what to leave behind in your checked baggage!

With effect from 13th November, 2007, KLM will introduce the Piece concept for checked baggage to all KLM destinations for passengers departing to/from Kenya!

This means that all passengers travelling with KLM will be allowed to carry 2 Pieces of checked baggage, each piece weighing 32 Kgs for Business class and 23 Kgs for Economy class passengers. If you do the maths, our Business Class passengers will carry a total of 64 Kgs and Economy class passengers 46 Kgs! That's more bags and more weight!

Piece concept charges for excess weight and size will apply! All bags must measure 158 cm (3 dimensions). The Cabin baggage allowance remains the same.
